市議会議員

私の仲間は、保守が多い。
閲覧者も同様だろう。
だから理解はされないかもね。
だけど、私はありだと思う。

私は、激しい連中が好き。
好きというか大好き。
趣味の問題かもだが、
（多分に趣味もあるが、）
ぼちぼち元気なほうがいいと思ってる。

今日、リクルートスーツで真面目に出た若者たち。
聞き分けがよく、親の手もかからんかった子。

真面目に高校を出て、
いい大学に行き、
そして県外に就職するのだろう。

本人たちも望んでのことではないが、地域に残れはしないのだ。
私がまさにそうだった。

では、なぜこの子たちが歌舞伎みたいな格好で、がんばるのか。
頑張ってるよ？なんか３０万ぐらいするそうだ。
写真を見ながら考えて欲しい。

　　

今日、これから何十年先までのヒエラルキーが決まるんだ。
この街で生きていく、その何十年の中での『あの時、俺はさー』という武勇伝ができるんだ。

この子たちが着飾るのは、この街でずっと生きていくから。
この街のコミュニティーで、ずっとやっていくからだ。

誰が街を支え、誰が街を盛り上げていくか。
大人もちゃんと考えてほしい。

立場上、厳粛な式典を、と私は言う。
公の立場としても、保守としても、そう言おう。

だが。
心はこっちや。
共に街を支える、新しい仲間たちだ。
外の方々、笑いたければ笑うがいい。

無論、騒ぎすぎはよくない。
どの部分で線引きするかは難しい。
が、なんでもかんでも駄目ってのはどうかと思う。

[note]一つ、ある後輩のエピソードを。
彼は成人式にはもう就職していて、できの悪い新人だった。
いつもは（後輩思いだけれど）少し口うるさい上司に頭を下げる日々。
そんな彼が「若者として最後に」格好をつける日が、この日だった。

若い子は、車やバイクが好きだからね。
彼もご多分に漏れず。
就職もして、何もかにもを捨てて
そんな彼の「最後のハレの日」が成人式だった。

いまの若い子の給料なんて、どんなものかわかるでしょう？
そして学歴だって、二十歳で就職してるわけだから、決してよくはない。
その薄給の中、晴れ着を買って何が悪いのか。

彼が、この街で、ずっと生きていく。
何十年も生きていく。
同級生たちとの、長い長い付き合いの中で語る武勇伝。
その時に「これがいい」って彼が選んだ服は、それが一番最高なんだ。

貴方のセンスなんて知らないよ。そしてどうでもいいんだ。
ぶっちゃけ私のセンスでも「なし」だったんだが
後輩が、今日の日のために買った服の何が悪いのか。
そして、それを否定する者を私は許さない。
彼はいまでも立派に仕事を続けています。[/note]

もう何枚か写真を見てやって欲しい。
どう見えるかな？
私も苦笑いしてしまうのだけどね。
だけど、ちょっとだけでいい。
認めろとは言わないが、こういう若者がいるってことも
心強いなって思ってはもらえないだろうか。

いい高校を出て
いい大学を出て
親が自慢する子供は
結局、親と一緒に住めはしない。
遠くの孫に、年に一回会えるかどうかだ。

ただでさえ高い税金を、安い給料から必死に払い
この街の福祉を支え、共に祭りで神輿をかつぎ
校区の世話を少しずつ覚えるのは、誰か。
都会じゃないんだよ、この街は。

これも私が守る街の大事な一部であり、
はねっかえりが好きなのは、それこそ私の神髄だ。
市内最年少の議員として、若手議員として。
書き方は難しいのだが、どうしても言いたかった。

保守議員　小坪慎也。
私の原風景の１コマだ。
笑いたいやつは、笑えばいい。

地元に残ると言うのは恐怖です。
行事をやるのにも、普段の生活を送るにも、
彼達の行動に気を病まなければいけません。
いなくなってくれるだけでどれだけ色んな事が出来る様になるか。
真面目な人間がどんだけ動きづらくなるか。
彼ら彼女らが居るだけでどれだけの人間が保守的にならざるを得ないか
それを理解していただきたい。
あなたは彼らをどれだけ知った人間なのか関係無い人間なのか分かりませんが、
美化をしないでください。お願いします。
悪を美化にして真面目に生きてる人間を悪にしないでください。
思い付きで彼らを擁護したい気持ちは分からなくもありません。ですが、
彼らを擁護したらきちんとしたルールで生きたい人間は悪にならないといけないんです。
格好良い事を言いたいのは分かりますし、貴方様がみんなの為に頑張って頂けてる事で私は応援してます。
ですが、きちんと否定させてください。貴方様がおっしゃってる事は最低です。

お考えには共感します。ただ、ヤンキー的な文化があまり広がると、「真面目に出た若者たち」は地元に残りづらくなってしまいます。
私自身も地方の出身で、他県の大学に進みましたが、故郷に戻って就職しようと思っています。ヤンキー文化はヤンキー文化で構わないですが、「真面目で手のかからない子」も快適に住み、安心して子育てできる町であって欲しいと思います。

ヤンキーを礼讃するブームの時期（８０年代と２０００年前後あたり）に「不真面目で素行不良になれやしなかった　ヤンキーになるべきだと振りかざす大人に従えなかった」若者がたくさん居たことを心に留めてほしい。

小坪しんやさんから見たら眉をひそめるだろうけど、私は茶髪に染めず黒髪を自分の判断で選択しました。また、他人に迷惑かけてひんしゅくを買うこと良しとしない事も選択しました。そういった若者は少数扱いされてしまうけど大勢います。

そういう真面目で普通な子も地域に残れるし、素行不良な子も地域に残れない。逆もあります。
ここのコメント欄が批判意見が多いのは「ヤンキーの悪さに被害被った人」と「ヤンキーじゃないからと無視された人」がいかに多いかという証拠だと思います。

普通の子・普通の人がいることも認めて欲しいです。

DQNや保守がどういう人たちなのか改めてわかった。
はねっかえり？笑わせんなよ。
成人式に出るようなDQNは主体性ゼロの規格品の見本だろ。
写真に写ってるDQN連中はいわば、とことん勉強ができない受験生なんだよ。

大人になりたかったら、まず大人という言葉の意味を自分で決めろよ。
私は決めたぞ。
・権力や暴力に屈せず自分の正義を貫く強靭な主体性
・顔も知らない後続世代のためにどんな世界を残すのかを常々考え行動する
これが私の考える大人の定義だ。
二十歳になることも、成人式に出ることも、働くことも、結婚することも、
大人であることとは何の関係も無い。
中高年の幼児がうじゃうじゃいる一方で、中学生あたりで大人になる人もいるってことだ。
年齢や社会制度に大人認定してもらうなんて恥そのものだろ。いつまで受験生やってんだ。

「私は大人になりたいから成人式には参加しません」
ときっぱり宣言できる若者や政治家の登場を切に願う。

面白いとは思う。
新成人に対していいアピールになるので，保守層を作って政治への関心が薄い若年層を取り込むのもいいパフォーマンスと思う。

でもこれは，大学や大学院を出て市役所県庁に就職して，大企業の工場や商業施設を誘致するような，県外に一度出て戻ってくる層は快く思わないんじゃないかな。

神輿を担ぐだけでは地域は活性化しないんじゃないですか。
県外に行った人は戻らないのが普通だというんですか。
一度自分の自治体の職員がどこ出身か調べた方がいいと思う。

罰ならこれから受けるだろう。今後６０年。ずっと。
この日本社会ってのは高水準を目指す人が多い。例え一度でもミスをした人間に更生のチャンスは絶対に訪れないシステムになっている。この文を読んでいるあなたもそうだ。嫌いな人を好きになろうと努力する人間なんていやしない。
社会の水準と自尊心を保つために、自身より下の者を叩くことが許される社会だ。
その社会の中では、不良だなんてものは人として扱われない。
ならば、寛容な精神を持って成人式くらい見守ってやろうではないか。

確かに、地元を支えているよね。

正直、人に迷惑かけたり、
犯罪に並ぶようなことをしたりしなければ何でいいんだよね。
